Rubyleeencounters is a B2B platform that organizes technical events, business rounds, industrial hackathons, and IT recruitment processes for software developers (Ruby, Python) and systems engineers in Argentina. Services are provided exclusively to legal entities or registered self-employed professionals.
The user agrees to provide truthful information during registration and not to use the platform for purposes other than those agreed upon. Sharing access credentials, reverse engineering the platform, or publishing content that infringes on third-party rights is prohibited.
The platform acts as a meeting facilitator and does not guarantee specific results in recruitment, business agreements, or innovation. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the services, including data loss or interruption of business activities.
Under no circumstances shall Rubyleeencounters' aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by the user in the twelve months prior to the claim. This limitation applies even if the possibility of such damages has been advised.
All content generated by Rubyleeencounters (trademarks, designs, event methodologies) is the exclusive property of the company. The user acquires no ownership rights to such materials, except for a limited license for use during contracted events.
Services are invoiced according to the contracted plan. Cancellations with less than 7 business days' notice are non-refundable. In case of force majeure, Rubyleeencounters will reschedule the event at no additional cost.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Rubyleeencounters reserves the right to suspend access immediately in the event of a material breach of these terms.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify changes 15 days in advance by email. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be resolved in the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
